Discharge stress and keep it under control
Living in a hurry, a constant feeling of lack of time and lack of respite means that we lose in excess duties. If such situations are repeated, this lead to fatigue, malaise, and favor the emergence of many diseases, among which are cardiovascular disease in the first place.
Science discharge stress of everyday, normal behaviors that prevent stressful situations and changing the way of thinking positive, are the main tasks of the Academy of Good Counsel.
At threnody of each municipality of Piotrkow Trybunalski district from 03.07.2016 in the framework of the project “Your Heart Your Life” 11 branch of the Academy of Good Counsel was open to people.
Academies are run on behalf of the county by the Centre Progress from Koluszki, which since February 1998 is a private center specializing in activities in the field of prevention of social pathologies, including social maladjustment. The Centre also conducts professional testing for assessing the scale of social problems and provide broadly understood psychological help for individual clients.
Psychologists, who will provide free services in the period from 07.03.2016 to 17.02.2017 at the Academies of Good Counsel, waiting for the residents of the Piotrkow Trybunalski county once a week on scheduled days and times. Detailes are given below.

The Academy of Good Counsel
It is a form of counseling and support in difficult situations (within the meaning of psychosocial). Dedicated to people who were in the target group of the Program, ie. Taking part in the survey. At the same time, taking into account the effects of environmental, classes these will be able to participate also people who do not belong to the target group, but they have problems in life other than legal and extent of domestic violence
(These forms of assistance are carried out by the Municipal Social Welfare Centres in the course of substantive from its own resources).
Obligatory in every branch of the Academy of Good Counsel will be provided guidance regarding the possibility of getting rid of smoking addiction – in justified cases – will be launched support groups for people who want to get rid of the addiction of smoking.
In addition – mandatory counseling to get rid of smoking addiction, is expected to provide guidance, mainly involving the psychologist, dealing with crisis intervention.
Envisaged number of branch of the Academy of Good Counsel – 11 on a scale county. Business Academy will be a place of social welfare facilities provided for the implementation of the tasks of the Project within the framework of cooperation between stakeholders.
