At the Parish. St. Florian the Martyr in Sulejów the sixth Medical Point was organized . Each time the events are held within the program of prevention of cardiovascular disease ‘Your Heart Your Life’.
More than 80 people benefited from the free measurement of blood pressure, saturation of oxygen in the bloodstream, cholesterol and blood glucose, and more than 50 of them consultedtheri results with the specialist cardiologist.
Medical advice mainly related to health education, eg. in terms of changing eating habits, and in some cases people besides recommendations for lifestyle changes received indications for further treatment.
In addition, all those who took part in the study received the brochure about the activities which are conducted in the community Sulejów in the framework of the project ‘Your Heart Your Life;’.
And this time point medical enjoyed great interest of the residents of our county.
The nearest medical point will be organized at the Parish in Czarnocin – 07.03.2016.
We inform that participation in all activities organized within the project ” Your Heart Your Life” is free thanks to funding from the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2009 – 2014 and the state budget under the Programme PL13 Reducing Social Inequalities in Health.
