After a very successful action, which was on Sunday, July 10, 2016 in Szydłów and it was the first event of a series called ‘Health Zone’, whose aim is to promote a healthy lifestyle within the project ‘Your Heart Your Life, this time theStarost of Piotrków Trybunalski District invites county residents to Mierzyn.
In the Zone there will be provided many attractions e.i.:
- Animations, competitions for children and adults with attractive prizes,
- Fitness shows, playground for children and not only,
- Demonstration of first aid,
There will be a possibility of receiving advice:
- from cardiologist, nutritionist and physiotherapist
- and the possibility of doing of preventive medical examinations e.i.: cholesterol, blood sugar and blood pressure measurement.
All attractions within the ‘HEALTH ZONE’ will be available FREE OF CHARGE
